Compensation & Benefits
LSW / LPC: $64,000 – $70,000 annually
LISW / LPCC: $72,000 – $80,000 annually
Paid Time Off (PTO) Starting at 16 Days/Year

Position Summary This position provides direct care services to clients with mental health crisis needs. Services are delivered through individual, group, and family therapy, diagnostic assessment, and community‑based rehabilitative services, including linkage and advocacy as necessary. All services comply with governing laws, regulations, and certification requirements and must be identified on the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). The role is part‑time, 12‑hour day shift with call requirements, including evening, night, weekend, and holiday rotations.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights
Provides prescreening for hospitalization and responds to community locations such as hospitals, universities, and residential settings to provide crisis intervention services.
Obtains status and serves as a health officer in designated counties.
Documents all services and maintains records using the electronic record system in accordance with agency policy.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social work or master’s in counseling. Master’s degree in social work or counseling preferred.
LSW/LPC required.
Knowledge of mental illness, evidence‑based practices, motivational and crisis intervention skills.
Knowledge of chronic physical health issues and the needs of persons with severe persistent mental illness (SPMI).
Knowledge of care planning and coordination in integrated health.
Knowledge of evidence‑based and developmentally appropriate screening.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
