Responsibilities Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join our busy practice on nights. Our schedule is 7 pm to 7 am with a 7 on / 14 off schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice of physicians who are recognized leaders in pulmonary care in the state of Indiana and region. We have a tenured, highly respected Pulmonary and Sleep consultative practice consisting of an office and three hospitals. Included is a 865-bed hospital with a large closed ICU, a suburban community hospital with a 10 bed ICU, and an 80-bed heart center. Our ideal candidate will be BC/BE, collegial, flexible and open to a variety of schedule requirements.
Admits, consults and provides cross cover for critical care patients
Performs applicable critical care procedures
Works in conjunction with critical care NPs
Supervises and educates residents and fellows
Must be BC/BE in Pulmonary/CC

Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
