Patient Service Representative - Walk in Care Damariscotta

MaineHealth . MaineHealth is a high‑paced, busy practice that sees every type of patient from newborn to geriatric, all types of injuries/illnesses. The PSR will greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies, and will work with the Primary Care Department in the same location performing the same office duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills.
