Blackbird Clinical Services is looking to hire a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Therapist in Pennsylvania, Contract. This is an on-site role. The provider will work with our Behavioral Health team at one of the clinic locations in Allentown, Doylestown, Exton, Fort Washington, Langhorne, and/or King of Prussia, PA, delivering high-quality direct care to patients and their families. The ideal candidate has experience and a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Experienced clinician using evidence-based practices Passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families Skilled in facilitating virtual telehealth direct care Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Medical Records systems Driven by patient outcomes with strong communication and documentation skills Flexible and willing to reschedule with families when needed How you’ll make an impact

Lead individual therapy sessions with youth ages 2-26 Participate in consultations to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families Maintain thorough patient records and documentation Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours (after 3pm Monday–Friday) and weekends (8am–7pm) The basics you’ll need

Licensed as an LSW in Pennsylvania At least one year of experience with individual therapy for children and adolescents Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours and weekends Why Blackbird is unique
