This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $24,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, full-time or part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate. Required Skills / Abilities

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc. Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic setting Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations; full-time: 25 sessions, part-time: 10-24 sessions Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Ellie Mental Health is an equal opportunity employer. This role leverages in-person and telehealth care, meeting clients where they are, allowing for a hybrid clinician schedule to collaborate with the team in the clinic and work from home. Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, and client/therapist matching.
