Join Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) in Norman, OK to support the mobile crisis department. This role works alongside a robust treatment team to provide care for adults and adolescents, with a commitment to comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services.
Job Description Our crisis team helps individuals and communities THRIVE by stabilizing crisis situations and supporting the victims with help and encouragement. The team uses interactions and relationships to build resilience and prioritize individual needs.
Qualifications
Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar credentials) with a commitment to providing excellent care.
Passionate individuals ready to work in a collaborative environment across a variety of departments, including outpatient services, admissions, and children’s mental health.
Professionals with a strong desire to support individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges.
Salary & Shift
Full‑time positions
Licensed Salary: $70,000.00 ($33.65/hr) + Benefits!
Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Additional Compensation Shift differentials are stacked on top of base pay for evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
Licensed in Oklahoma by one of the following boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

It has played a pivotal role in restoring lives and is currently accredited by CARF for several programs, including PACT, Adult Outpatient, and Child & Family Services. The center is located in Norman, Oklahoma and employs approximately 95 individuals.
