Compensation & Benefits

LSW / LPC: $64,000 - $70,000 annually

LISW / LPCC: $72,000 - $80,000 annually

Paid Time Off (PTO) Starting at 16 Days/Year

Position Summary The Crisis Stabilization Therapist will provide short-term residential treatment to individuals experiencing a mental health or substance abuse disorder crisis on a part-time contingent basis. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are looking to advance their career and make a positive impact on the community through mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights

Complete diagnostic assessments, develop/coordinate treatment plans, and crisis management.

Provide individual and group therapy.

Maintain accurate records and provide advocacy and linkage to services when needed.

Communicate with team members, local law enforcement, and hospitals.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and Ohio licensure (LSW/LPC).

Ohio licensure as an LISW/LPCC is preferred.

Prior crisis experience with individuals with chronic mental illness, hospital crisis services, or inpatient psychiatric care is preferred. Must have strong assessment skills.

Must be able to work on an as needed basis including weekends and holidays.
