Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at our Warner Robins, GA location. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families and other therapy team members, documenting patient progress, and regularly adapting therapy approaches to meet the evolving needs of patients. This role requires a passion for working with children in a multidisciplinary setting and a commitment to helping them achieve their communication goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treatment approaches for Communication Disorders
Experience in addressing Dysphagia and managing swallowing‑related challenges
Knowledge of assessment and therapy techniques for Language Disorders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team
Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Georgia
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred
Experience working with the pediatric population is an advantage
