Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our focus is on the family and client together and we believe that by incorporating and supporting the family/caregivers together, we can do more. Our clinical team is lead by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, having served families and children in more than a dozen different states.

Position Overview:
Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our team. This BCBA will oversee a team of behavior technicians/ registered behavior technicians, work with our families to create treatment plans, and oversee clinical services to ensure the highest quality of care. This position can be located in a clinic, at home, or hybrid. All applicants are required to have a master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and have a licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst.
