We are seeking a
Radiologic Technologist II , internally referred to as our Rad Tech II. Rad Tech II’s will focus on conducting diagnostic X-ray procedures and Mammography, which involves operating X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures for diagnostic purposes. An important role in assisting healthcare providers by producing high-quality images that aid in diagnosing medical conditions and formulating treatment plans for our patients. This position is on a Full-time. Shift’s Available:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures such as radiography, and other examinations following departmental protocols Responsible for ensuring that X-ray equipment is functioning properly and that images meet quality standards, which may involve performing equipment checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting as needed Interact with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and safety during X-ray examinations Maintain accurate records of X-ray procedures, including patient information, images, and relevant medical history Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images Maintain your Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) and maintain your register status for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) #LI-MK3 Qualifications
Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State. Appropriate national certifications in two modalities required (effective July 1, 2017). Current BCLS (AHA). Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations. One year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred. Proficient computer skills.
