HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a Part Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Durham, NC, within the Long Term Care division in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This is a flexible, as-needed position ideal for therapists looking to make a meaningful impact with scheduling that fits their lifestyle. Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services, including evaluation and treatment of communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support resident goals and functional outcomes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, resident-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communicate progress effectively What We Offer

Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
