We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will identify and provide support for psychotherapeutic needs, work collaboratively in a team setting, prioritize trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming methods, and participate in regular supervisory and training events. Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy with an independent or non-independent license Currently licensed in the state of New Mexico as an LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, MFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD in psychology Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred Training and/or experience working with children, adolescents, & adults Training and/or experience working with neurodiversity, trauma, & developmental needs Cover Letter Required with Application
