Northern Arizona Healthcare is hiring for RN's to join our amazing nursing team at our Flagstaff Medical Center location! We are looking for Nurses for the following specialties: Critical Care Cardiology Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Emergency Department Surgical Services Oncology Peds/PICU Labor Delivery & Post Partum Special Care Nursery Ensuring the achievement of Northern Arizona Healthcare’s mission, the Registered Nurse is accountable for the coordination of care for patients and their families including direct care, patient and family education and discharge planning. Responsibilities Patient Care: Completes chart audits ensuring accuracy and documents changes, completes nursing assessment for new patients, updates patient care records, and implements corrective actions based on the recognition of changes in patient's condition. Event Participation and Coordination: Participates in Cancer Center sponsored community health screenings and events. Compliance/Safety: Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion, attends all safety-related training programs, performs work in a safe manner, and monitors work environment for possible safety issues. Qualifications Education: RNs hired on or after 7/1/2016: Must graduate from a BSN program within 6 years of hire into an RN position. Certification & Licensures: Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license, BLS, and ACLS.
