Pay Range $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Overview Delivery of nursing care. Applies current nursing principles and techniques in the care and treatment of patients. Takes vital signs and administers medication as prescribed. Assists physicians in patient management and treatment. Provides nursing assessment, monitoring, education, and treatment services and activities. Provides crisis intervention. Completes nursing assessments under the supervision of an RN.
Essential/Core Job-specific Duties and Responsibilities
Provides direct nursing assessment, care, and completes documentation in accordance with agency policy/program procedures and treatment plans.
Receives, documents, and implements Admission, Standing/Routine and ad hoc physician orders in accordance with Residential Procedures. Completes resident MARs in accordance with unit procedures.
Administers medication and documents administration in accordance with unit procedures. Maintains compliance with applicable medication storage, disposal, and narcotic control policies and procedures.
Shift 7:30am-8:00pm, 12 hour Day
