Base pay
$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr.
Location:
Worthington, MN . Job Type: Part Time or PRN.
Job Purpose To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in the facility in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care.
Job Functions
Conduct regular screenings to determine optimal interventions.
Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans and set short- and long-term goals.
Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Establish individual therapy schedules in collaboration with other team members.
Implement therapy per plan, documenting and billing services accurately.
Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
Oversee COTA and ensure proper documentation and reimbursement practices.
Education & Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state.
Commitment to continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
