Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Marriage & Family Therapist (LMHC & LMFT) - Remote - Spanish Speaking
Base pay range: $68,000.00/yr - $74,000.00/yr
Overview Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our telehealth program and provide outpatient services remotely from home. We offer opportunities for bilingual providers with additional compensation for Spanish language skills.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health\'s telehealth program.
Develop and implement treatment plans with clients.
Work with clients to achieve treatment goals in collaboration with the care team.
Utilize comprehensive assessments and appropriate evidence-based practices.
Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools for service delivery.
Qualifications
Master\'s level degree and licensure (LMHC or LMFT).
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Work-from-home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Meets background/regulatory requirements.
Skills
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
Treatment planning expertise.
Comfort with technology and telehealth platforms.
Experience collaborating with clients to achieve goals.
Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.
Benefits
W2, full-time employment.
Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus.
Monday – Friday schedule; no weekends. Shifts options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm Eastern.
Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, liability insurance, and an annual growth/education stipend.
Additional compensation for bilingual (Spanish) providers.
We partner with commercial health plans and are a licensed Medicaid/Medicare provider serving patients across the lifespan.
