Compass Health is currently seeking a
Clinician II – Mental Health Professional
to join our
PACT North
team based in Mt. Vernon. This is an opportunity to engage deeply with clients through a community-centered, multi-disciplinary care model that promotes recovery, resilience, and independent living.
About the Program PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) is an evidence-based, intensive outpatient service designed for individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health challenges. Our team-based model includes mental health professionals, a psychiatric prescriber, nurses, vocational and substance use specialists, peer support, and care coordinators. Services are provided primarily in the community, including clients’ homes, and support is available 24/7 to meet individual needs.
What You'll Do
Provide recovery-focused services including case management, treatment planning, resource navigation, and advocacy.
Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Deliver services in the community, meeting clients where they are.
Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary PACT team to ensure wraparound, coordinated care.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and crisis response.
Maintain documentation and records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
What You Bring
MA/MS/MSW in a behavioral science field.
Ability to obtain WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor registration (if not already credentialed).
Valid WA State driver’s license, vehicle, and appropriate insurance (as applicable).
Commitment to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.

Experience working with individuals experiencing severe behavioral health conditions.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex systems and provide strengths-based care.
Crisis management and de-escalation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
