Utilizes evidenced-based nursing practice or physician assistant practice appropriate to the setting. Identifies professional learning curve and routinely engages in formal and/or informal clinical supervision appropriate to needs. Maintains medical charts, records and documentation in accordance with standard nursing practice and agency policies. Completes clinical work tasks during work hours each day. Provides assistance and direction to agency staff in establishing treatment/service plans, as needed. Knows and utilizes system resources. Identifies system limitations and problem solves to meet client needs. Maintains professional composure under stress. Manages conflict at all levels. Delegates appropriately. Adheres to established policies and procedures. Consults with internal and external sources. Other Job Duties & Responsibilities Other related duties as assigned.
