Sonographer - CAM Breast Center, Part-Time at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Position Details
Day Shift: 8am-4:30pm Tue, Thu and Fri with some rotation No weekends No holidays $5000 Sign-On Bonus Base pay range: $32.52/hr - $51.96/hr Potential Sonographer differential on top of base rate Responsibilities
The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging to diagnose and treat anatomical and physiological disorders, and may assist with needle procedures (biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular imaging. Ensures proper function and readiness of all equipment. Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and ensures proper documentation of procedures. Performs studies independently, may perform studies on-call, portable exams, and at other sites as required by the work area. Minimum Requirements
Education: Associate or Trade School Equivalency Experience: No experience required (open to new grads) Licenses & Certifications: RDMS or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
ARRT preferred but not required 2 years of experience (as indicated in the original description) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification RDCS or equivalent Benefits
