Your Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and effective physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Support residents in achieving personal goals and rehabilitation milestones
Accurately document care and maintain compliance standards (experience with Net Health a plus)
Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure patient‑centered outcomes
Educate residents and families on safe techniques and strategies to maximize independence
Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant
Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Current Wisconsin PTA license
Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with older adults
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude
