Qualifications
Superior customer service standards
A high‑school diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule
An interest in making a difference in the world
Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while safeguarding donor confidentiality.
Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.
Occupational Demands Work is performed in a plasma center.
