For this full‑time clinical supervisor position, you can receive a $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus if you have ICU/LTAC experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Typical shift structure: Full‑time nights (11 pm–7 am). Shift differentials are paid for all night and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities include:
Assume overall responsibility for clinical nursing practice, providing continuity in decision making and ensuring that nursing and hospital standards and objectives are met.
Act as a resource and support person for the nursing staff and represent administration during the absence of the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) or CEO.
Maintain a positive culture of professionalism and accountability; keep the CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place the facility at risk.
Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.
Communicate with physicians, CCO, and co‑workers about changes in patient clinical condition and respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment.

Job requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Louisiana Registered Nurse licensure, unencumbered.
ICU/Critical care/LTAC experience is required for Sign‑On Bonus.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS certification.
Ability to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
