Responsibilities
Utilize the principles of Relationship‑Based Care while performing all duties.
Collect initial data on all residents.
Participate in implementing person‑driven care plans as developed by RNs.
Provide quality care in accordance with established procedures and policies.
Qualifications
Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
Good communication skills; must read, write, and speak in English.
Clinical experience preferred.
Benefits
Competitive salary range: $33.53 – $37.03 per hour.
Shift differential:
$2.25 – $2.50 .

Responsibilities
Provide care to residents and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist RNs with care planning and implementation.
Qualifications
Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
Must have good communication skills; must read, write, and speak in English.
