$10,000 - $20,000 Sign On Bonus This position will float between Austin, Albert Lea, Preston, MN, and Saint Ansgar, IA. Work in Rehab/Skilled, Outpatient, and Home Health settings with an experienced group of therapists. Job Summary

Administer speech and language evaluations, tests, or examinations to diagnose and plan treatments for clients with various speech problems and swallowing disorders. Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses. Provide speech and language services, monitor disease progression, and adjust treatments accordingly. Instruct clients in practicing therapeutic exercises and provide consultation throughout treatment processes. Ensure compliance with all standards, policies, and quality requirements. Treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders. Document in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet regulatory requirements. Follow accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organizations. Exhibit flexibility with variable work schedules and participate in departmental and organizational activities. Interact with external stakeholders such as providers, case managers, and third-party payers. Supervise assistants, aides, and students as needed, and provide ongoing education and training to peers. Perform other duties as assigned. Work may focus on post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments, depending on the assigned area. Qualifications

Relevant education and licensure as per state requirements. Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or working towards Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Valid driver's license may be required. Maintain required competencies and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS).
