While in-person care is often most effective for residents in nursing homes, we serve rural areas where telehealth may be the best available option.

Responsibilities
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LSCW)
will diagnose and treat mental health conditions in residents in a long-term care setting.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Education: Master of Social Work degree License: An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) state license Other: Must adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and comply with all state and federal regulations in the performance of job duties
Preferred Qualifications:
Compassionate and empathetic Reliable and dependable Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Adaptable and collaborative team player Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience working with the geriatric population
