Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy programs and activities following developed recovery plans
Deliver therapy treatments and support patients’ physical abilities and independence
Adapt to patient needs, provide compassionate care, and collaborate with peers and referral services
Ensure highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere
Provide patient-centered care, improving their capability to move, breathe, and live better
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards
Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice
