We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Mammography Technologist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality digital mammography exams while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and diagnostic accuracy. Job Summary

The Mammography Technologist will work in a collaborative setting dedicated to early detection, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient care. Roles and Responsibilities

Perform digital screening and diagnostic mammograms according to physician orders and imaging protocols Ensure high image quality while minimizing patient exposure to radiation Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records within the electronic medical records system Provide clear instructions and compassionate support to patients before, during, and after procedures Assist with patient scheduling and exam preparation as needed Ensure compliance with ACR, FDA, MQSA, and state regulations Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality, reporting any issues promptly Collaborate with radiologists and the broader clinical team to support workflow and diagnostic accuracy Maintain continuing education requirements and stay current on mammography best practices What We Offer

Strong attention to image quality and detail Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of radiation safety practices and mammographic positioning techniques Proficiency with digital mammography equipment and PACS systems Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs and schedules Required Experience

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT (R) certification and Mammography (M) certification required Texas MRT license required Minimum 1 year of mammography experience preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered CPR certification (BLS) required We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
