Overview
Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Therapist. Odyssey House is a 501(c)3 non-profit recognized as a leading mental health and addiction treatment center in Utah. We have open therapist positions available working with adults, teens, children, or those struggling with severe mental illness. Job Location: Salt Lake City
Compensation New Therapist: Starting wage - $65,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Fully Licensed Therapist: Starting wage - $70,000 (negotiable based on experience)
5 years of applicable experience: $75,000
Salary Description: $65,000-$75,000

Core Responsibilities You will assess and diagnose clients, developing a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs. You will establish rapport with clients by facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as attending recreational outings. The average caseload is 12 clients. Odyssey operates with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support your clinical work.
