School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cicero, Illinois
A full‑time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available at an elementary school in Cicero, IL, with a contract running through May 29, 2026. This role offers a structured Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., providing consistent hours and an excellent work‑life balance. The position is set to start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities include providing both direct and indirect speech therapy services within the school setting. There are no additional district duties such as bus duty or parent pickups, allowing focus solely on student therapy needs. Travel therapists assigned to this role may also be eligible for stipend opportunities.
Qualifications And Experience Desired
Credentialed Speech Language Pathologist with CCC or CFY status
Experience working within schools as an SLP
Strong understanding of speech and language assessments and intervention strategies
Ability to provide services that support elementary‑aged students’ communication development
