Major responsibilities include: Providing leadership and oversight of clinical and case management programs. Collaborating with funders and community agencies. Providing direct service to a small caseload of clients. Additionally, the Behavioral Health Supervisor will: Help staff develop professionally. Monitor productivity and contract compliance. Plan and implement new programs. Provide supervision to a small group of clinicians. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide leadership and resource support to ensure clients receive high-quality services and the program is compliant with contractual expectations. Supervise clinical and case management staff, including interns. Be responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of staff. Monitor and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, licensing, and accrediting body standards for clinical treatment delivery. Work within the agency’s budgetary constraints. Provide clinical services to a small caseload, completing documentation on time for billing and meeting productivity expectations. Provide on-call support to the programs as part of a rotation. Perform other related duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Must have and maintain a State of Connecticut Professional License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.), a master’s degree in the human services field, and five years of post-graduate experience, three years of which must be in clinical practice, and one year of which must be in clinical supervision. Candidates must meet certification and licensure standards established by the State of Connecticut and the Council on Accreditation. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
