Built around a mission to improve the lives of nurses and patients, IntellaTriage has been providing after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers since 2008. We are growing rapidly to support our clients' nursing staff in the field by leveraging our outsourced team of nurses to manage after-hours care delivery. Our triage nurses become an extension of our clients' care team, trusted to support patients during non-core hours. IntellaTriage Nurses enjoy the benefits of working from home, providing care without the stress and expense of commuting. Responsibilities
Access EMRs for charting and utilize internal applications to perform job functions Follow instructions, read directions, and be confident using technology Spend 30 minutes to 2 hours at the end of your shift completing remaining charting Pick up additional shifts, if available, for the clients you are trained to support Provide care remotely as part of a nurse triage team for hospice and home health clients Qualifications
MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (states with pending or future implementation dates are not considered current compact states until the implementation date) MUST remain in good standing and ensure your home state license remains active; IntellaTriage will cover the cost of non-compact state licensure if necessary for client support Experience with end-of-life care is required; Hospice, palliative, end-of-life care experience strongly preferred You must be located in and/or work from a Compact US state Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy with keyboard competence Must be comfortable accessing multiple technology applications to document during calls; fluency in English required Must physically reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer Must pass background check and nurse licensing check; ongoing compliance with CEUs as designated by states Must be able to complete three weeks of remote paid training that is conducted during days and evenings Schedule
Part-time schedule: Work a minimum of 3 shifts weekly from 10p–5a CST (shift times are set; weekday flexes) Work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday from 11:30p–5a CST Benefits
All remote Hospice Triage RNs are paid $23 per hour after training, with opportunities to increase the hourly rate $1 shift differential for overnights and weekends (Saturday & Sunday) PTO accrual based on hours worked 401(k) plan eligibility; medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurances for full-time nurses We provide a laptop and headset; you must use your own high-speed internet and maintain a quiet, privacy/HIPAA-compliant space while you work People who like exciting, fast-paced roles are encouraged to apply.
