Location: Maxim Healthcare Services, Vallejo, CA.
We are hiring an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with children and/or adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges.
Assist with daily program activities in self‑help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, and behavior, including crisis intervention.
Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, meal preparation, dressing, ambulation, and other needs as required.
Implement and collect data on behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in an educational or healthcare setting preferred.
At least one year of experience working with children and/or adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors.
College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, or related field preferred.
Current in‑person CPR/First Aid certification for adults & children (or willingness to obtain).
Updated TB test within past 90 days (or willingness to obtain).
Minimum age 18 years.
