Overview
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the complete school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Lakeport, CA. This contract role focuses on providing essential speech and language therapy services from Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Delivering individualized speech and language therapy to students across all grade levels (K-12)
Assessing and developing treatment plans to address communication disorders
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student growth
Replacing a virtual therapist position; services will be provided in-person with no use of VOCO (Voice Output Communication Aid)
Qualifications
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Experience in a school setting working with children from kindergarten through grade 12
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
