Mon-Fri Day Shift Overview This client is an industry-leading company specializing in formulating and producing cutting-edge skincare, hair care, body care, and OTC products. Their mission is to transform ideas into market-ready solutions with speed, quality, and excellence. As a Compounder, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials to create batches of finished product in accordance with Client’s SOPs, cGMP standards, and FDA regulations. Responsibilities: Follow detailed batch records to accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials for OTC and cosmetic formulations. Operate and monitor production equipment such as mixers, kettles, tanks, and homogenizers. Ensure batch integrity by monitoring critical parameters (e.g., temperature, mixing speed, pH) throughout the compounding process. Sanitize and clean equipment and work areas according to GMP and internal protocols. Maintain accurate documentation, including batch records, equipment logs, and material traceability forms. Collaborate with QA, R&D, and production teams to resolve formulation or process issues in real time. Ensure compliance with FDA and GMP guidelines for OTC manufacturing. Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient production environment. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of compounding experience in a cosmetic and/or OTC manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of FDA, GMP, and SOP requirements in a regulated manufacturing setting. Ability to read and interpret batch records, safety data sheets, and equipment instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting) throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications: Experience compounding FDA-registered topical OTC products (e.g., acne treatments, SPF, medicated creams). Familiarity with automated or semi-automated mixing systems.
