What Youll Do
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and rehab staff to deliver quality care
Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in accordance with guidelines
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communication
Conduct and coordinate audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals
Help train facility staff and contribute to in-service education efforts
Follow all safety and compliance policies with professionalism and compassion
What Youll Need
M.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology
Current NYS license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA CCC preferred (CFY candidates welcome)
Excellent verbal/written communication and a strong team-oriented mindset

Qualifications
M.A. or M.S. Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved school required.
New York State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
