Schedule: Part-Time; Contract 1099

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Job Summary

We are seeking warm and razor-smart Licensed Clinical Social Workers with entrepreneurial spirits to perform therapy in nursing homes in Nebraska. Ivy consultants can build an independent consulting practice while making a positive impact on older adults and their families. As a therapist at Ivy, you will receive full administrative support and clinical mentorship. You’ll be able to choose work that suits you at competitive rates and provide services on a flexible schedule. We offer a competitive, incentive-based compensation model with mentorship and training, along with flexible work hours. Responsibilities Round at assigned nursing homes and provide psychotherapy to residents. Collaborate closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families. Follow up proactively with patients and assess the efficacy of interventions. Provide education on best practices. Work with psychiatric providers to integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible. Requirements Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Valid state licensure as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Experience working in a nursing home setting Why Work With Us?
