PRN
team! Our facilities deliver outstanding care as well as foster strong employee bonds. We offer short-term to long-term care services and will mentor and support new program development for areas such as Wound Care, Vestibular Therapy, Dementia certification, Percutaneous Tibial Neuromodulation (PTNM), and Skilled Maintenance therapy. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.
Daily Pay Available
Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities
Evaluate a Resident’s condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.
Help Residents to improve their mobility.
Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
Inform Residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.
Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants when required.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by protecting Residents and employees by adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols.
Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Contribute to inter‑disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

Physical Therapist Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus!
Completion of orientation required by company policy.
Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
