Location:

Moultonborough and/or Belmont, NH

Employment Type:

Full-Time (Flexible options available)

Are you looking to practice physical therapy the way it’s meant to be — focused on patients, not quotas? At White Mountain Physical Therapy we believe in creating an environment where both our patients and our team thrive. WMPT was started by husband and wife team, Matt and Hannah Kurz, as a way to reclaim our power and passion in the field after working a number of "PT Mill" jobs post grad and finding ourselves burnt out and uninspired. We deeply value having the autonomy to provide best practices to our clients and grow as practitioners and we extend this flexibility to all of our employees. At WMPT, we value work-life balance, schedule flexibility, practitioner autonomy, coworker collaboration, integration into local community and evidence based practices. We pride ourselves on making patient outcomes and employee satisfaction our first priorities, rather than being driven by productivity and profit margins. We encourage all applicants with a desire to become the best version of physical therapist they can be to apply. New grads welcome. Come join our fun loving and hard working team!

Why Join Us?

Work-Life Balance: We value your time and well-being. Flexible scheduling, reasonable caseloads, and a supportive environment means you'll have energy for life outside the clinic.

Patient-Centered Care: We prioritize quality over volume — providing one-on-one care without the pressure of double-booking.

Small Office, Strong Community: As part of a small clinic, you’ll know your patients by name and feel the difference you’re making in their lives. We’re proud to be part of the Moultonborough and Belmont communities and are deeply connected to the people we serve.

Growth & Support: Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced PT, we provide mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and the freedom to grow in your areas of interest.
