About the Role We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a reliable and compassionate
Medical Assistant
to support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist in clinical procedures, manage administrative and organizational tasks, and maintain a patient‑first approach that reflects integrity, respect, and accountability in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support physicians and providers with direct patient care and medical procedures.
Prepare patients for examinations and ensure a comfortable, professional experience.
Manage appointment scheduling, charting, and electronic medical records (EPIC).
Maintain clean and organized examination areas and ensure all instruments meet clinical standards.
Handle communication between patients, providers, and staff to ensure coordinated care.
Perform chaperone duties during medical procedures when needed.
Protect patient confidentiality and uphold all practice and compliance standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred; certification (CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA) may substitute formal training.
At least 1 year of experience in a primary care or specialty practice preferred.
Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
CPR certification and bilingual ability preferred but not required.
