Description
Project Hospitality is currently hiring part- and full-time therapists (LCSW, LPSW, LMHC) to join our team! The therapist will provide ongoing counseling to an adult population 18+ with a wide variety of diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders. • Potential to earn up to $80,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000. • Flexible work schedule: Days, Evenings, Weekends available. • Hybrid work schedule, with one day in-office required. • Full-time staff (30+ hours) qualify for medical benefits at a shared cost. • Therapists are eligible for Training and Supervision Supplements, as well as Performance-based Longevity Incentives after quarterly service completion. • Paid supervision time can be provided by an LCSW clinician to count towards LMHC and LCSW licensure. • All required training can be reimbursed. • Home-based and offsite sessions are paid at 150% of normal clinic rates. Qualifications
Responsibilities and qualifications needed: Master's in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required; LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC preferred. Strong engagement skills with diverse populations required. Understanding of evidence-based practices: CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed care. Strong documentation skills and ability to formulate treatment plans. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. Experience working with risk populations needed. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Proficient use of electronic medical record systems required. Experience providing telehealth services and using video platforms needed. As a condition of employment, all practitioners providing services to Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries must: Obtain an NPI from NPPES, Complete the Medicare Provider Enrollment Application, Complete the OPRA Enrollment Application if applicable, Complete the Medicaid Provider Enrollment Application if applicable. These applications provide unique IDs for billing and must be submitted to HR for your personnel file to ensure proper billing for services rendered.
