It’s that simple. Now Hiring: Therapist – Nashville West, TN. We’re seeking a unique, passionate, and authentic therapist or psychologist to join our vibrant Nashville West team! We’re especially interested in professionals experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting who can offer trauma-informed care. Ideal candidates are engaging, team-oriented, and excited to help clients heal and grow. Who You Are
Fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy preferred Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels What You’ll Do
Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 clients/week (for full-time) Part-time options available Why Ellie?
