Nurse Practitioner-FT Days-CBMC Neonatology-Livingston-NJ Pay range: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year. Location: 94 Old Short Hills Rd, Livingston, NJ 07039. Facility: Barnabas Health Medical Group. Department: CBMC Neonatrology. Status: Full-Time. Shift: Day. Responsibilities
Provides medical care and treatment to neonates in the critical care setting under the direction of a Neonatologist in the NICU and Labor and Delivery Unit. Performs physical examinations, documents data, conducts diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, orders and interprets laboratory studies, and prescribes appropriate interventions and medications. Utilizes Neonatal Nurse Practitioner protocols and nursing care practices for neonates and newborns. Discusses cases with Obstetrician and Neonatologist and provides education to patients. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year NICU experience as Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent NICU experience. Master’s degree in Nursing required. Registered Professional Nurse with current NJ state license; CDS and DEA as applicable. CPR certification, NRP and BLS certification. NP Certification required. Three to five years of work experience as a professional nurse is preferred. Scheduling
