We believe in a proactive preventative approach to aging-in-place and in providing our therapy team with detailed payment transparency and collaborative clinical judgment. You can set your own schedule and choose or adjust patient assignments, all in one location.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community

Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals

Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy

Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists

Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
