Assisting the Project Management team by overseeing construction administration tasks Preparing subcontractor reports as needed to keep Supervisor and Client informed of ongoing progress Participating in site visits; coordinating and assisting superintendent as required Receiving, reviewing and submitting documents for approval (Submittals / RFIs / etc.) Assisting project manager costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with the contract Working with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate Attending meetings and reporting on project tasks as needed Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar major. Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Prior Internship experience within the construction industry. Experience working on a live construction site. Able to follow directions and interact with all levels of management on a working construction project. Experience engaging with multiple trades on a construction project. Additional Information
