Civil Engineer job at Gray & Osborne, Inc. Wenatchee, WA. Gray & Osborne, Inc. has been a trusted provider of professional engineering services to public agencies throughout Washington State since 1935. We specialize in the planning, design, and construction management of infrastructure systems including water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and utilities. This position is based in our Wenatchee office at 11 Spokane Street, Suite 105. A hybrid work arrangement—requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office—is available after 12 months of employment. We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with municipal engineering experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project engineering and/or project management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation projects for municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State. The role involves project scoping and preparing engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal engineering projects, as well as providing funding administration and construction management support.

Responsibilities

Lead project engineering and/or project management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation projects for municipalities and special purpose districts.

Perform project scoping and prepare engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal projects.

Provide funding administration support and construction management assistance to clients.

Collaborate in a collaborative and creative environment, contributing to meaningful projects serving communities across Washington State.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

10-20 years of experience in municipal engineering.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation package with anticipated total salary (including year-end bonus) ranging from $110,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
