Full-time Monday - Friday Occasional Saturdays depending on shop needs Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle A/C and climate control systems Perform inspections and identify issues related to HVAC performance Recharge systems with refrigerant, replace compressors, evaporators, and other A/C components Communicate with service advisors about customer concerns and recommended repairs Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed Ensure work is completed efficiently and up to dealership and manufacturer standards Keep a clean and organized work area Stay updated on industry advancements and manufacturer training Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required ASE certification(s) in HVAC systems preferred 2+ years of experience working with automotive A/C systems required Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Proficient with A/C repair tools and equipment Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Benefits
