About the Role:
Operate manufacturing equipment and perform manual labor related to tire production.
Use equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and handheld mobile computers.
Work with high-speed machinery, including troubleshooting using basic hand tools.
Maintain punctuality and attendance to support operations and team morale.
Shift Details:
12-hour shifts, likely on the night shift.
Work on a 2-2-3 schedule, offering natural overtime and a three-day weekend every other week.
Work Environment:
Located in Texarkana, AR, in a fast-paced, heavy industrial setting.
Conditions may be hot, cold, and noisy.
Safety gear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes are mandatory.
Responsibilities include:
Lifting 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
Standing, walking, stooping, crawling, and crouching around conveyors and equipment.
Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment.
Ensuring product quality and assisting with repairs and maintenance.
Cleaning and recording machine operations and downtime.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights with accommodations if needed.
