Job Summary As an Electrical Construction Foreman, you will lead field teams, manage schedules, coordinate materials, and ensure high‑quality construction work on healthcare and commercial projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and monitor construction activities, including sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedule.

Train and manage other field staff and subcontractors.

Collaborate with Project Manager to create and maintain project schedule, monitor critical path dates, and review milestone schedules.

Communicate site problems, conflicts, schedules, and quality issues effectively to project manager and owner.

Resolve field construction problems and maintain open communication between subcontractors to ensure required materials, equipment, inspections support project activities and schedule.

Monitor field staff and subcontractor compliance with safety program requirements, conduct weekly safety inspections, toolbox talks, and corrective measures.

Assist Safety Department with incident investigations and follow‑up.

Assist Project Manager with subcontractor disputes, quality control, schedule coordination, change order review, and cost and schedule forecasting.

Support project close‑out and ensure punch list completion in a timely manner.

Mentor Project Associates assigned to the project.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience on construction projects in a Healthcare Foreman or Healthcare General Foreman role (or higher).

Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Effective communication skills.

Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to supervise small to midsized groups.

Strong organization, multitasking, leadership, and decision‑making ability.

Basic computer skills preferred.
