This role supports high‑profile commercial, data center, and industrial sites throughout metro Atlanta. Job Summary
Install, service, and repair heating, ventilating, air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems and related environmental‑control systems. Utilize knowledge of heating and refrigeration theory, pipefitting, and DDC controls. Location
Atlanta office – serves the entire metro Atlanta area. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Class 3 Service Technician
– Advanced troubleshooting on unitary DX equipment, rooftop packages, air‑cooled chillers, and water‑cooled packages. Diagnose electrical schematics, refrigerant issues, VFDs, and VAV/PIU controls. Class 4 Service Technician
– All Class 3 skills plus troubleshooting and repairs on air‑cooled chillers, pumps, low‑pressure boilers, cooling towers, and water‑flow issues. Proficient with VFDs, starters, and boiler systems. Class 5 Service Technician
– All Class 3 and 4 skills plus large water‑cooled chiller rebuilds, large chiller and boiler maintenance, rigorous VAV/PIU diagnosis, and pump rebuilds. Superior system knowledge and advanced troubleshooting required. Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team‑environment collaborator. Adaptability and technical problem‑solving. Required Experience, Certifications, and Education
High school diploma or GED (required). Trade/Technical School certification or degree (preferred). Four to five years plus of commercial/industrial HVAC experience, including controls, compound, and refrigerant systems (required). Valid driver’s license. EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (required). Physical Requirements
Climb ladders, lift and carry 50+ pounds, distinguish colors for electrical work, and tolerate confined spaces and seasonal temperature extremes. Proper use of PPE is mandatory. Benefits
