We’re seeking a highly skilled and collaborative

Senior Packaging Designer

to create best-in-class packaging and display solutions that communicate to consumers and elevate our brands. In this role, you will take ownership of the packaging and display design process—from mechanical development to final press-ready files—delivering exceptional, on-time results. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to craft innovative, brand-right, and retailer-optimized packaging, displays and related components that enhances the consumer experience. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the visual presence of three premium global brands. As a Senior Packaging Designer, you’ll collaborate with brand, copy, and product teams to transform product information and marketing strategies into compelling visual solutions. Your work will drive clear communication, strengthen brand consistency, and ensure impact across every channel. Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end packaging and display design, from concept development through press-ready mechanicals. Partner with Marketing team to ensure packaging and communication assets are on-brand, visually impactful, and optimized for each channel. Translate brand guidelines into elevated packaging and in-store display solutions that comply with retailer requirements. Incorporate creative direction, consumer insights, and sales priorities to deliver packaging for seasonal launches, new product introductions, and line refreshes. Drive the packaging approval process, aligning with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners to meet brand and business objectives leveraging tools in place. Manage multiple priorities effectively, delivering high-quality work on time in a fast-paced environment. Create, execute, and release packaging and display mechanicals through PLM systems, ensuring accuracy and readiness for press (RFP). Maintain clear communication and efficient workflow processes to support the full packaging lifecycle. Partner with Sustainability teams to manage EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) reporting and contribute to sustainable packaging initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Packaging, or Industrial Design (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of packaging design experience with a strong consumer-focused portfolio. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Deep knowledge of print production, dielines, substrates, color management and packaging manufacturing. Experience with PLM systems and retailer packaging/display requirements. Strong collaboration, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with sustainability practices and packaging regulations (EPR preferred). Leadership experience or mentoring skills a plus. Annual starting salary of $80,000. The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
